Firstly, after making a booking online, receiving a confirmation and then a reminder the day before the appointment was due, they did not have my sons appointment in the system and double booked. But also, we would have been lucky to have a 10 minute consultation. My sons feet roll in, I got more service at the shoe shop than here. I don't feel confident my son got the attention he deserved. Would not go here again. No wonder they have to advertise on social community pages.
