β β β β β Poor customer service, the lady who was incharge of groom made a face at me for the 10 minutes lateness even after informing her that I am running a little late and apologising for it over the phone and in person to her. She also said that because of lateness she canβt tell when the dog is ready to be picked up, When i went back to pick my dog she commented how he is not behaving nicely and was hard to groom him ( big joke for a tiny toy poodle) comments earlier from this grooming place in past were that he is very nice and playful dog. I will not go back to this place again worst experience ever!
