Unfortunately the one most important thing that matters most is missing....... service with a 'smile'. The place felt cold without the warm smiles. A lot of money was spent to make the place look nice but without smiles, they amount to nothing.

Mr. David Kennedy salesman helped us to make the decision on purchase he kept his promise and over delivered. He was very professional from the very beginning.
Recently my Ranger had a problem and their workshop manager Mr. Kerry was same very humble and helpful through out the whole repair process.

Before I approach David that my Ranger have a problem I liaised with John Andrew Ford in Henderson and to my surprise I was told to take to South Auckland Motors because I have purchase from them.
My Ranger is still under warranty since I live in west Auckland it was more convenience. Glad I took it to South Auckland Motors
