They listen to any issues no matter how minor and fix them the first time unless parts are required
The car is ready on time and cleaned inside and out

They truly have your best intentions at heart and think ahead (ie. offer rego at same time as service to reduce your run around time). Services here are incredible, clean car inside and out and the team are super friendly.

Eventually ended up getting a Kia from botany who were excellent to deal with. Only help we ever got were from the guys on the fore court but they only deal with second hand stock. Just well below average...

His quote and completion times were accurate and punctual. He even supplied a recommended tow truck for the delivery of my immobilised vehicle. 100% satisfied on every level - excellent service. So valuable having people at the front desk who are also very knowledgeable and can explain the invoice and also give advice over the phone when there’s issues. Thorough service. All in all gives me great confidence. And the cleaning of my car after really nails the customer 1st approach. This team gives Mazda a great name. Definitely going to be a regular.
