I went to Forme Spa for a facial and massage package. It was amazing and really good value. I saw Veronica who was really knowledgeable, and my skin now feels great. Highly recommend this place.

I also had Veronica as my masseuse and i'm not suprised seeing all the reviews for her because she was absolutely amazing. Felt so relaxed and calm after my session and would highly recommend.

I usually love coming to Forme spa and come about 3 times a year for a package. I don’t know if the staff have changed or what’s going on but tonight was the worst experience and I feel completely ripped off.
My package was supposed to be 1 hour 20 minutes and took 1 hour. The floor was filthy, the hot towels were cold, and used to clean oil off my body then reused on my face. The light dimmer was broken so it was blinding my eyes. There was plaster and dirt all over the floor. The door didn’t close properly. The room was right on road side and so noisy, therapist wouldn’t move me to another room. I could go on.
When I said I wasn’t happy, she asked me why, I got 3 words in before she started arguing with me. At the end I asked for managers contact details and was refused - that is the only reason I’m writing this publicly. I look forward to hearing from someone about this.
