My goodness, it was a fabulous experience. She is a real asset to your business. I've had many Clarins facials around the globe but this had to be the best by far. Warm and caring, professional yet personal. Bravo to you all on a job well done.

Having been given a voucher back in 2016 i inadvertantly packed it away and found it 4 years later only to discover it had expired in 2017.
Fast forward to jan 2021 and i contacted them to see if it was still possible to use it. They were fantastic... Not only was i able to use it but they searched for an appointment for me at 1 of their facilities on the same day.
Appointment made... my skin feels amazing and I can't speak highly enough of this business.. .. True customer service.Thank you guys..I'll be back. ??

I reached out to this store via email asking if it would be possible for me to purchase a trial size of a product they stock before committing to the full size and Paige, their team member who emailed back was more than helpful. She told me that the product I'm interested in doesn't come in trial sizes but she'd be happy to decant some into small pots and send them to me via courier. I would highly recommend this clinic based on my experience as their team members are friendly and very helpful.
