The massage left me feeling like a new person, and the specialist gave fabulous recommendations for my skin at the end of my facial. I would recommend this to any and all of my family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had a facial at Forme Ponsonby and it was heavenly. The products are top notch, the facilities are beautiful and the beautician was really lovely and professional.
The only reason I’m not giving a 5 star rating is because I had a voucher which I planned to use but it wasn’t honored. It was out of date but due to a number of reasons including, juggling a baby, a lockdown (during which a booked appointment was cancelled), and living aboard for 3.5 months - I didn’t have an earlier opportunity to redeem it. I tried to explain this to Forme but they responded with a firm no - not even a compromise for a discount or an upgrade. The voucher money that my family paid for was completely gone!
If you’re not a busy mum - this won’t impact you but if you are, I don’t recommend ever getting a Forme voucher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried other massages places but nothing compared to Forme in Ponsonby. Had an amazing relaxing massage here, I felt so relax after the message, it was incredible. And the ambience was so relaxing and calm. Staff were very professional and friendly. I felt really good and refreshed after massaging. I highly recommend Forme in Ponsonby and definitely will come back.
