Alongside our world leading Les Mills Group Fitness Classes, you can experience our gym, functional training classes as well as our world class pools and coached swim sessions, all encompassed within one complete membership. We constantly innovate and evolve programmes to provide you the extra motivation, guidance, challenges and smiles to get you to where you want to be!

The swimming programmes are tailored to children's abilities as well as ages and the staff are friendly. I heartily recommend Northern Arena

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great swim school. My son had an intensive swimming course there and had dramatic improvement! The instructors were loud and clear with their instructions. You can tell the children are there to learn and not muck around. The pool water is a bit on the cool side and parking can be a problem, but overall very happy with this swim school!
