Her very friendly, professional manner allowed my husband and I to make a fully informed selection on the best product for us. Lianne also suggested and facilitated a flooring expert to come and lay the flooring. We are extremely happy with our beautiful finished product, which is proving to be extremely hard wearing and durable.
I highly recommend Forte Flooring and Lianne, who is outstanding in her customer service and industry knowledge which made our flooring experience a pleasure.

Any questions or concerns we had Lianne provided us with the answers promptly. We are completely satisfied with the products we received. Absolutely beautiful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After looking at many flooring options we went with the Ultra Champagne Oak not only does it look amazing, people comment on the feel underfoot compared to cheaper options. The only thing that equals the quality of the floor is the service of Larissa and Majo. We started the process during level 3 and they were great helping over email and then in-store. and from the building sides of things. It turned up exactly when the builder asked. So that we had no delays. Highly recommend
