We are very happy with the care they have given her ,she has come back a happy wee dog,not stressed at all ,so we will definitely take her back knowing that she is well taken care of thanks guys ,we really appreciate the care u all have her .Roger n Judy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do have a nice location, and were nice dealing with face to face. They are of course a kennel-based dog-care, so your dog will be locked up quite a bit. No problem for many dogs. My big problem with this lodge is that they seem very keen on your dollars. They have a weird charging system for drop off and pick up which basically costs you an extra day, which they don't disclose clearly on their fees page, and they 'upgraded' our dog without our knowledge and then charged us for the extra. Still trying to get that extra refunded, and they just will not budge. MONEY GRABBERS. Not what you want, to trust your animal to, if they seem to be more into the money.
Added later: a few hours after posting above feedback, they finally decided to refund the overcharged amount.
FF Lodge's reply seems to imply that I simply didn't read the pricing correctly. I did, I am good at reading these things. In this day and age, putting a substantial extra cost that every customer faces, not on your rates page, but only in your Terms and Conditions page (so, in the small print) is just not good customer service. Please take this advise to heart FFL, and make those costs clear from the start, on your webpage.
