★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really expensive. Harldly any stock in the heaters. Food in really random places like chips are by the alchol. Never anyone on both counters so always a line. Self checkouts are card only which is annoying for kids who just come to get a drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s not cheap but I think it’s one of if not THE largest 4Square in NZ, so a decent range. Always cool in their too. Self-service for cheaper checkout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This 4 Square store is a bit larger and more well stocked (with more variety and selection) than most of their stores, including a great section of fresh fruits and vegetables, and a good selection of wines and beers.
We were able to find almost everything we needed here at this store that we usually have to find in much larger grocery stores, so we will be returning to this store often.
Prices seemed to be about the same that we usually pay in the larger stores for most items.
I was happy to find that the store was very clean and well staffed with several checkouts (including self checkout stations), also.
It’s a great little community grocery store, so don’t feel like you have to drive further to find what you want or need while you are in the Papamoa Beach area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never go back again. Owner contacted me after me complaining about one of his staff members verbally abusing us. She and owner admitted she was in the wrong. Slap on the wrist. Declined apology from checkout staff member. Owner made excuses for her abusive behaviour and foul language by saying other customers have been abusive towards her (cop out excuse). Owner was more concerned about his staff member who's abusive rather than the poor customer who was racially abused through checkout. We will take our money somewhere else where customers are valued and treated with respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi there, i have been a regular customer of yours for years but wont be anymore. I came in to your store recently and was looking for a couple of items. I asked the lady called Khaliyah for some help and she was VERY RUDE too me and rolled her eyes.. i couldn't believe what was happening to me so i walked out the store, seems like she was having a bad day...still unacceptable. I feel very upset and i will be doing my shopping at countdown.
