★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our beloved cat of 6 years passed away today. It is a sad day, but the staff at the Waiuku clinic were so caring.
It’s tough with Covid restrictions, but they let us stay almost two hours after they closed so my wife had enough time to come and say goodbye and then they waited patiently while we each said our fairwells.
I miss him, but the staff at Franklin Vets Waiuku were top notch. Thank you for letting us say goodbye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing cinic, our old girl had a turn while at the bach, they had no problem seeing her even though its not our regular vet. Shenade was so lovely, as was the lady on reception. Waiuku is soo lucky to have such a great cinic and we are very grateful to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offered to fit us in and help us with our dog for support within a day due to moving timeframes when our own vet could not help for days.
Were friendly and helpful to help solve the matter and made us feel valued even being new to their business. If we were not moving we would have moved our pets to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly we had to have our old dog put down today, Nick and Kerrie and the other staff were so kind and considerate to us at this difficult time in our much loved pet's life. Bonnie loved visiting the ladies at Franklin Vets and all the attention she received there.
