★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paul from this clinic did amazing surgery job on our little Frenchie. Our doggie was treated for brachycephalic airway obstruction syndrome.
Surgery included Vertical wedge excision of external nares (aka "nose job") and shortening of the soft palate. After the surgery our Rocky started to breathe easy and stopped snoring.
We did it as prevention, I recommend not to wait when you Frenchie has a problem - it is much safer to do it when they are young.
Good clinic, good care, recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome vets. We've been to Karaka, Pukekohe and Papakura over the last couple of years and they have all been fantastic. Caring nurses and vets and only do what they need to which helps to keep the cost down where possible.

They communicated clearly yet gently, and handled both the awkward logistics and my family's grief with professionalism and patience. They made a tragic time that much more manageable, and even sent a beautiful condolence card afterwards. 100% recommend bringing your pet/s here for trustworthy and comforting care ❤ ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our recent experience with Franklin Vets was just outstanding. The compassion shown by absolutely everyone we encountered over the four days our cat was in their hospital was wonderful. They spent time with us and took care of us as well as our very loved Sam. We even received a sympathy card signed by all the staff a few days later. You were all wonderful. Thankyou ?
