★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally appalled and disgusted after my two year old son was yelled at today in a very nasty, uncalled manner by an employee. I thought pet shops are meant to be a friendly place to take young children & teach them about caring for animals. I left very upset & definitely will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Animal welfare is poor. None of the animals have any enrichment nor are housed according to their social needs. The staff have very little interest or knowledge of what the animals actually require. It’s a pretty sad set up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a cat here 3 weeks ago, was the ‘healthiest’ looking of the bunch, so far we have had an abscess due to one of the other kittens possibly biting her. A few days later she now has ringworm! Hopefully it hasn’t spread to our 3 dogs. Would not recommend buying any animal from here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had an issue here Staff are knowledgeable and very friendly Shop always clean and animals looked after.
Don't let your kids touch stuff they shouldn't - be a parent. Don't blame the staff for looking out for their animals.
This is now the only place I visit for advice and products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I remarked on the unethical housing of a canary in the store, I was met with a flippant remark about it being the "way they are sold here". If you are a pet store, you are meant to be selling pets in appropriate housing and in healthy condition. I watched budgies with no toys eat the cat litter lining the bottom of the cage? Not to mention tropical fish species listed as "cold water fish". Incredibly disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How nice to find a small pet Shop nowdays ! So much more helpful and personal than the bigger ones. I had a couple of questions re a suitable collar for my Siamese cat. Sorted in a polite and friendly manner. Delighted to see that the kittens had a perspex safety door. Far too many unthinking people poke their germ ridden fingers in to the cages otherwise....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude staff member. Was interacting with one of the cats, had some stuff was gonna buy. Rude staff member lady came up and told us to leave the store. Said we were giving diseases to the cats. No signage saying not to touch cats only saying not to touch dogs. Hopefully the animals find homes soon cause she didn't seem to be a nice person to look after them. However at $500 for a X bred Ragdoll I'm not sure they will.
Won't be visiting again, will go elsewhere for my pet supplies.

Loves a store who doesn't care abouts it's customers. Yeah prise open that cage (put one finger through a hole) how terrible of me. Won't buy the cat cause of price, yeah cause I don't want to spend money on a cat, BTW say hi to my beautiful pure breed Devon Rex, cost $1500 but look at him, you'd pay that much, now back to your overpriced cross bred rag dolls, how precious, to expensive for me, nice to know that the other cats you've got you have no idea of there health so don't want them mixing. Acts like a high class pet store, more like lowest end. Abuses animals and customers as you can see by the other reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely shattered and heartbroken to see the health of the new budgie i got from this store. He was very quiet, not eating or drinking and sat in the corner all the time, when i called the pet shop they said he must just be feeling alone in the new place but anyhow i took him to the vet after two days of waiting and the vet said he had bacterial infection, worms and fever, they gave some antibiotics and the bird is now on medicines and regular checkups. Just hoping for the other bird's good health who are still there, i just hope he gets well soon, please get your pets' history and weight checked before you buy it from any store.
