★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go there! They totally rip off your money!! Everytime there is someone different at the desktop. If you need to print they will ask you to pay $2.50 TO PLUG your drive to the computer plus $0.20 per page printed. If you email to them the document to print they will charge you $1.00 only TO RECEIVE THE EMAIL!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately for such a nice place, it is way too noisy to do any kind of studying or work... the staff will often talk to each other and to visitants without much care for others that believe a library is meant to be a quite place... Worse than this is when the library turns into a kinder garden... I'm all for getting kids into the library starting good habits, but parents should at least try to keep it respectful to the rest of the venue users... There isn't even an attempt to keep the place quite during the kinder garden period..

The assistant was Amazing!
Great service and good prices for use the internet and prints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use library services since 1 year. It is educative space for me and my child. Thanks to you me and her have free and various access to magazines, books, workshops and kind people who are always open to help.
The space is well organized: there is a place for people who like the daily press and can read in the daylight (left side when you entered); there is a place for working with the computer, there is a separate space for teenagers and kids.
Your English and Maori language free courses are very professional. Very good structure and methodology of learning. Thank you for this! It's exceptional.

Wifi is fast and free. The staff are extra friendly. Lovely clean bathroom and library. Definitely recommend and visit again.
