We live overseas so need an agent who is really on top of things and proactive. Fraser Flynn took over management of the property and quickly sorted everything out, undertake regular inspections with high quailty detailed reports, get any maintainance or repairs seen to speedily and have a good network of tradespeople that they work with and can recommend. They have also done a great job of looking after our tenants. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend.

Jack was honest, upfront and very clear on how our engagement and the process would work. There were no hidden surprises, everything ran like clockwork, and he quickly found our perfect tenants. He's also just a great human.
Sue runs a very tight ship and has our complete trust. We get reports, statements and payments on time, and if there's ever something we'd like her to look into, she's all over it. As a result, our tenants are very happy and have a good relationship with them, which is the most important thing.

They really care about people – landlords and tenants - and that was very important to us. I now use them for my rental property too. Having never used a property manager before, they have made it so, so easy - talking me through every step of the way. They work hard to seek out not only reliable tenants who care for our properties, but tenants that really ‘fit’ for each particular property – so the house becomes their home. Now we can sit back and focus on our home and family and let Fraser Flynn take care of the rest. I’d recommend them to any property owner who wants great communication, simplicity, and people who care.
