Always goes above an beyond, things are promptly sorted if maintenance issues & they are also proactive at repairs / making sure the house is up to standards etc.
Also love the house I rent from them for 3 years now.

We were first time property investors that Usha went the extra mile for. Offering to view properties in the search (as we live in Auckland) on her own time, and happy to review the pros and cons of each as a long time property investor herself, which gave us the confidence to buy.
Usha went above and beyond then. And that attitude and professionalism has continued through this last year of property management. Excellent, proactive communication from Usha and team. Great and clear reports. We know our tenants have enjoyed dealing with The Property Boss too.
