★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great company and a great Agency! I have rented from the Good over a three years ago. Understanding our needs better than we did on any problems I have they get sorted right away. I have dealt with Jane most of the time, they have been great and so have the other staff members I have spoken to. The move was smooth and everything was done so quickly I never had to chase anything, I highly recommend the Good real estate to anyone and would like to thank you for such a great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 4 years of being a model tenant as we have writing from Irelands we are treated like we are trash and not being given a choose on when anyone that Irelands want to just bring in the house because the owner want to sell. This is bloody disgusting, after making arrange earlier for a suitable date and time Irelands just do what they want. After this I won’t recommend them to anyone owner or tenant.

They gave me a chance (being a young male renting alone) and treated me like a human being and respected me. The opportunity they gave me to rent a place through them, helped me more than they probably realised. If i ever had property to rent out or had to rent again. Irelands would definitely be my first option for renting.

Always pleasant to deal with and the regular inspections and reports give me security. I feel my property is safe and in good hands. I would not hesitate to recommend them as a Property Manager.
