★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn’t pick up calls and doesn’t know when ordered products arrive until after the promised delivery date, small pick-up window so customers have to use delivery services and doesn’t notify this until the furniture is paid for.
Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phone line goes dead after giving you options to speak to homewares and furniture at moorhouse, terrible customer comminication, got emails not being answered, get given multiple answers and still waiting my delivery pre lockdown, also over lockdown they had a sale but my order couldn't be fulfilled and to wait over a week for refund. Never will buy through freedom again. #SouthIsland store
