★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had a heatpump installed and I gotta say what a fantastic bunch of people, Fatu was absolutely amazing engaged well and even went out of his way to accommodate us in such a short space of time for a install, and the guy who did our install was also a friendly chap. They were fast efficient and I highly recommend them, I have spent months looking for a reliable company and these guys are top of the class very impressed with the service well done team. * Reasonable price
* Good insulation job
* Certificate after insulation
Cons:
* Slow email response
* Communication issues among different teams (manager, insulation team, inspection team, accounting team, and customer).
Suggestions:
* Respond to customer emails in a timely manner
* Keep all the teams on the same page for the same job
* Don't promise to customers until you get commitment from relevant teams. You will lose customer trust and damage company image if the team does not appear as promised.
