★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service team and accounts receivable personnel are very rude and unhelpful. You can never request for a copy of invoice or statement from them because it is too difficult for them to do so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked there for many years, great company, work ethic, health and safety, second to none, very principle orientated, (eg we respect and care for their products. Thanks all, my last job, before i moved over the ditch.
I am so glad that my final job before retirement was the best, hey we worked hard there, It was no walk in the park, Management was in my time amazing, helpful, understanding, caring, all the best stuff, that really u don't get in places u work.

How can they justify getting the tender to be a sole supplier of Ezetimibe tablets in New Zealand for cholesterol control from the 01/06/18, and yet have no stock to supply NZ with the same, on the 01/05/18?! Shame on them and Pharmac also , for awarding them the tender! What do I tell my patients?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I requested a part number for an item I required and got sent a link to their web site which puts you in a loop. Nowhere to buy the required item even if I could find it, which I can't. My suggestion is if you want to buy product this company holds in stock, don't, buy it somewhere else as I believe you will get better service.
