I talked to three differents staff member. All three have been so rude. Never a smile on their faces. They don't know what is a good customer service. Won't come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a disappointment were the words my partner used when we walked out of the store yesterday. No one came to see us when we entered the shop, nor were we approached at any stage. 1 staff member said Hi. The others were talking amongst themselves.
We left without purchasing any outdoor furniture in which we wanted to buy. Time for an overhaul of staff I think.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must admit I've never had a positive experience in this store but keep going back as we're so limited in homewares goods in Taupo and I like the Freedom range. Yesterday I was ready to spend a decent amount. I had found the dining suite and accessories I liked through the website but wanted to support the local store. No acknowledgment and would even go so far to say that I felt as though I was 'interrupting' their conversation when I approached the staff for help. Needless to say, I walked out disappointed and empty handed.
Have found there is a high staff turnover here and none of them seem to be very happy or approachable. Such a shame given the good range of products. I would rather drive to Rotorua than return here.
