★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Collaboration to specifically purchase an item my mum had seen for her birthday and was met by an extremely unfriendly woman who aggressively grunted “No drinks allowed” in her store. I had a coffee in my hand and would have been more than happy to have finished it outside had she actually been nice about it. Very disappointing experience that left me feeling quite overwhelmed. If zero stars was an option that would have been my first choice. Maybe she’ll consider her delivery in future. As a local it’s safe to say I’ll never be back.
