★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy parking and freight drop off and an excellant optipn for all small business owners wanting to send larger.. or heavier bulk items on a budget....
Counter service can be lacking and the admi team could definayely soped thr person fo person process up... considerably...but if a little fuel.and time costs are not a major....then.. I say use them. I have been for well over 12 years...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't EVER USE this company if you want your stuff delivered. It has taken 8 days to get a parcel from Auckland to Queenstown. Went to Hamilton, stayed in several locations for several days, promise after promise, mistake after mistake. Extremely bad service and worse complaint handling I've ever seen. Don't use them!!! I've heard negative feedback from their client suppliers as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experiences I have had are terrible. The 1st time I collected my slab table top it was cracked and apparently wasn't when it left the mill. It was also covered in black foot prints and hand prints. The 2nd one that came due to their negligence arrived just before Waitangi day and I asked it to be delivered. The lady said oh no thats too expensive. So I said OK can I collect the following Monday,oh no you'll be charged for storage fee. NOT HELPFUL!! Wont use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mainfreight were supposed to call me to arrange delivery. They didn't. Driver phoned me 15mins away from dropping off at my managed apartment. I txt him to not deliver as apartment was currently occupied. He ignored my txt and dumped my sofa in the carpark. I give them one star for not damaging it but the rest of the service was disgraceful Have had no apology even though I laid a complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my couch delivered today. Being an apartment complex it wouldnt fit through my apartment door. Ziggy and Ale brought it in over the balcony. Even on the 1st floor it was no easy task. Both men went over and beyond to delivery my couch, when they could have easily accepted defeat. Thanks guys!
