★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous service! I was meant to be in New Zealand for 8 Days and am now here for at least 90 days due to Lock Down. Urgently required Bioderma products, as I have very sensitive face prone to red blotches and can only use the Bioderma Sensibio range. Contacted French Pharmacy on Facebook Messenger and they advised that if I placed an order on-line they would ship as soon as the Courier was able to collect. Courier collected in Wellington 15.15 on Wednesday and parcel arrived contactless at the door in Auckland by 11am on Thursday. My skin will be happy until I am repatriated to Cape Town. 5 Star Service and if I need to stay longer, I know that I can rely on them to ship quickly and efficiently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order and heard nothing for a few days when I finally emailed I got a response apologising saying it had been busy and they would send some samples as well, a few days later I emailed and asked if there was a tracking link because I hadn’t received one. The response was another apology it hadn’t been sent yet and they would send a full size product for the delay. I waited a few days and emailed again to which I got a response saying sorry we were waiting on stock it will be sent tomorrow. 3 days later it was sent and I received my order there were no samples or a full size product only what i ordered. That is fine but it’s not professional to say you are going to do something if you aren’t and just be honest about the delays. This whole process took 3 weeks I will not be repurchasing the customer service is terrible.
