★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely LOVE going to Kess Hair & Beauty. Yesterday I went over to get my hair done, and while doing it, I thought about having my ears pierced for the first time. I was so ridiculously scared to do it.
But I was so lucky to have such wonderful people who encouraged me and calmed me down. It was incredible how everyone chimed in and helped me, and held my hand while it was done.
I'm so lucky to have had them. I appreciate so much for what they did. I really want to especially thank Maria, Dharshana, and Ranjana for being so incredible. They're lovely people with a very kind and understanding heart. Once again, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my grandson there before he started school. Told the lady he was anxious she didn't seem to care . He screamed the whole time during the haircut she wanted to give him
I told her dont use shavers she was doing her own thing wanted a style which she screwed up and it's taken months for the bad haircut to grow out. Will never ever take my grandson back there again. She was so unkind to him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor threading skills, ripped a portion of my lips and it bled. The lady said it happens when some dry lip skin comes off. I've been threading for many years and know the difference when it's too close to the lips, I was uncomfortable even when she did my eyebrows almost felt like my skin would peel with the thread movement. No owning up to mistakes or compensation for poor service.
My friend experienced the exact same issues and her eyebrows were shaped thin despite being told that she wanted to maintain the thickness.
Wouldn't recommend eyebrows or threading here.
Tried Kess at other places before and was quiet happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in at 5:40pm to have my eyebrows threaded (takes less than 10 mins) but they were already “closed”. Such a shame because they usually do such a good job. A massive let down in customer service :(

I booked an appointment for hair cut and the day I supposed to get hair cut, lady told me I haven't received an online appointments, i did show her the booking confirmation message as well. she denied and told me to wait for 20 minutes even after appointment booking earlier. I had to leave because I didn't want to wait because I had something else on the list to do for the day. Really disappointed by the service.
Rude staff and very disrectectful.

Worst service ever, actually a total nightmare to deal with. I don’t know how these people are allowed to operate a salon to the public

Burnt my poor brows. Failed to take ownership eyes/face is swollen. Use this salon at your own risk.
