★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I mostly enjoy eating there. I find they allow alot more choices then the one in tbe plaza. Fresh bowl you can choose one of three bases, roast potatoe, noodles, or rice. A bit of everything in the salad area, two sauces, and two kinds of meats. Big drinks if you like that kind. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the best options for take out in Palmy, healthy and absolutely delicious....you choose a carb if you want to, salad and two meats....just deliciius. Perfect to take to go sit in the square and eat it there....highly recommended. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Go try it! You wont be dissapointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgraced at what this institution has come to. Under the stores old ownership this restaurant thrived but the food I received today shows their streak has ended. The chicken was tasteless and chewy and the salad was barely existent, the only above average part of this meal was the rice. Seriously recommend &Bowl.
