★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10 probably the best salon I've ever been to. So happy with the service there, it's got a real good team of hairdressers and Leone is fantastic! Would give 6 stars if I could!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not return , I went for colour and they botched it up and did not say anything. I knew something was up when they would not let me look in mirror and they were racing around trying to fix it. Hours later I emerged and the colour just looked norm. Highly overpriced charge more than some Wellington salons .
What’s more they tried to act like nothing had happened no apology. There are by far better salons in Palmerston and honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best hair experience I've ever had. Went to Spectra to get them to fix my hair after a different salon botched it. Spectra EXCEEDED my expectations on every level. Customer service, atmosphere, professionalism = all 5 stars. And my hair = looked EXACTLY how I wanted it. Absolutely thrilled with the service and results I received and would THOROUGHLY recommend Spectra to anyone looking for a great hair salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at Spectra and overall fabulous service with a super kind team. Everything from booking to the actual hair day was fabulous, and Amelia took such great care of my hair! Offered tea and asked whether I was comfortable, which I appreciated. Came out with beautifully coloured and styled hair ❤ Couldn't recommend Spectra enough!
