Refused to even take an appointment, after my GP
Refereed me there. They are everything a healing place
Professional should not be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although this was my first time seeing a therapist and its probably the reason why i dont understand why i only had 2 sessions but my stress about the therapist not being understanding or helpful was definitely relieved after meeting them, thank u so much, the sessions were helpful and i wish i could have had more sessions.

The lady who answers the calls in Manukau has absolutely no phone manner she seems really passive aggressive over the phone and talks over you wanting to quickly end the phone call this lady needs to understand the type of environment that she's working in and the type of patients who call in are distressed and need to be spoken to with care. Educate her or remove her from the job simple! (sounds like a Indian lady)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the sessions there very helpful. The doctor who does mindfulness sessions were amazing. My therapist was great and the lady at the reception is very warm and welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid Freshminds unless you want suicidal ideation to skyrocket! They are hideously unorganised with no consistency whatsoever. Expect multiple cancelled appointments and no follow up. They are truly a danger to mental health.
