β β β β β Thereβs something about fish and chips from an establishment that has βsupplierβ in the name that lends a certain legitimacy to the operation that somehow influences the tastebuds. The fish tastes fresher, the batter crispier, the chips chippier. What I especially like about Fresko is the option of a fish burger that feels like a staple of the menu rather than a forgotten option on an overstuffed chalkboard, somewhere below deep fried spring roll and chicken chow mein. Top notch nosh!

β β β β β Let me tell you.... if you haven't already been here, go, go right now. The cheeseburger is amazing, get the combo and have some delicious chips as well. Well worth the wait and the queue. The staff are super cool and chill as, nothing was an issue. You know it is a good feed when the bin at the lookout is full of Fresko packaging. Would offer mores stars but apparently 5 is top notch.

however calamari rings were frozen product and came with no lemon wedges.
We bought 2 fish, 1/2chips, scallops, prawns, mussels and calamari.
Would be so much better with a hint of lemon juice!

β β β β β This place never fails to impress and satisfy me! Well worth the 20-30 min drive it takes to get there from Porirua.
This has the best Fish n Chips I have ever had, which has the best cheeseburger I have ever had. Love how fresh the fish and seafood is. So succulent!
I have introduced this place to so many friends and family. This has now become a family fave.
Service here is super quick and super friendly!
It is located across from the beach, quirky bars, restaurants, and cafes. Parking may be a wee bit hard during peak but we managed to find parking at Bunnings across from there.
This place is a must for Oka/Raw fish lovers and a must eat for everyone!
