★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very prompt, on schedule to the minute. The finish on the exterior was such that it was very hard to see where the installation holes were. Left the site in a very tidy state. The insulation has made a real difference to the warmth, feel and quietness of the house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Winter is Coming. If you don't have a few dragons on hand to keep the home fires burning and your house is starting to feel like the sort of place where a White Walker would feel comfy, it may be time to get the Insulmax Wellington team in.
We did so in April and our customer experience from start to finish was great. Many companies spend a fortune on branding and fall down when it comes to the actual job. Not Insulmax. From our first meeting with Rikki to my emails with Eamonn and to the actual installation, we experienced great communication and a really smooth easy process.
The team who did the installation were a great bunch of guys. Cheerful, professional and super efficient . Even when confronting a job which would have been trickier than normal, they set to work and got things done.
The result? A warmer, cosier and quieter home which noticeably retains heat. And best of all? I know that the money I spend on heating isn't evaporating through poorly insulated walls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After some kerfuffle about what side of the wall should be insulated from (I wanted outside, the team wanted inside) the install of the insulation went well. Which unfortunately caused a delay in the install as I needed to get proof that the external cladding didn't have asbestos in it. But I'm glad that we did it externally rather than internally as there would have been too much work to repair the inside walls (all wallpapered so would need new wallpaper).
The team actually turned up an hour early for the install which caused a little confusion, but meant that the house was done quicker, which was nice. The house is also quite a bit warmer, which hopefully continues in winter, and will hopefully be cooler in summer.
The price was reasonable and there weren't any surprises with the final bill - it fit the quote exactly.

From inspecting the property and providing clear reasons as to why they will need to insulate from the inside, doing it through the type of brick we have would compromise the external walls. The office staff were very helpful and provided solutions to a problem I had. The team arrived on time, were polite, efficient, and cleaned up. To our surprise they were able to complete the job a month early.
I feel as if the house is warmer and quieter already. I highly recommend them.
