★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely rubbish, avoid using this company at all cost.
They lost my parcel in transition, notified me for refund, and made up a "refund due day", which was only 2 days after been notified.
In their lost parcel disclaimer, they clearly stated the refund could be claimed within 30 days.
Also, they clearly stated, if parcel lost, they would cover $250 for the sender. However, in my case, they asked for receipt of goods, and claim that the refund was "up to" $250 for lost parcel, which was not stated anywhere in their website policy.
Another case of bad service and dishonest business. Should be investigated by customer protection New Zealand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a fan of doing reviews but I have to warn everyone about using this company. They have a upper limit of $250 for reimbursement in case they lose your package, but they will use sketchy tactics to wiggle out of paying. I know my consumer rights and will be taking this further. Reported to the Commerce Commission.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't use this dodgy company, they have no morals at all. Been tracking my package overseas for months now and all of a sudden they rang me saying they lost it with no explanation. Tried talking on the phone with them regarding how the package was lost, and they hung up on me twice. Chinese customer service has a reputation, but oh boy… If you need to reach them overseas, try reaching them via qq or wechat. Heads up, they will probably treat you like dogs.
