This is the best of the 5 companies I've used to move my stuff (including around NZ, over The Ditch, and around Australia). Each time, I check everything out, read every review, and compared all the prices... and then they all stuffed something up! All EXCEPT the company with "budget" in their name - so weird!
I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Sarah took care of everything, door to door (Palmerston North to regional NSW). Their insurance is also good, despite me packing stuff myself this time (after previous poor experiences with other companies' "professionals"...).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once my stuff arrived at NZ, they said it will takes 3 weeks to deliver to my home. And it's already been more than 3 weeks, and asked on phone call, only answer i heard was 'don't urge me'

Now that they have received my stuff from oversea, they just keep telling me that they do not have time: no time to look for the packages that are going through the inspection, no time for delivery either, etc. They cannot even give an estimated date! And you constantly need to remind them of you; otherwise, they will not contact you. Does not worth the price for sure…
