The staff & members are nice & welcoming which makes you feel super comfortable when first signing up. Also very tidy & clean with exciting new equipment to try out on your next work out ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best gym in South Auckland, lots of equipments as well as the spaces. Not like others gyms where we're all squashed up together. Gym is also very clean and tidy. Really recommend this gym as an alternative from other gyms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best decision that I made was to join Full Power Fitness. Amazing coaching by Siddhartha who helped me to focus on my health and fitness. His well designed meal plan and excersie plan really works. It has been an awesome journey for the last couple of months and I am certainly seeing results for sure. I still have a long way to go with Full power fitness(Very spacious to do workouts and zero waiting time for equipment’s which is a best part) to achieve my goals above and beyond ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of a kind gym. Sid who manages the gym is very passionate about health and fitness. His attention to detail about equipment, hygiene, health drinks and support is amazing. He is my personal trainer and doesn't muck around when it comes to pushing me in achieving my goals. Overall, Full Power Fitness is an experience than just going to a gym to sweat.
