★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend and I tried this gym out for the first time today - fantastic atmosphere, cool equipment (especially if you're into boxing) and friendly staff really earns 5 stars out of 5. We'll be signing up long term!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are always encouraging you to go bigger and better. No matter what fitness pace you are at. And their fitness pricing plans are much cheaper than any other gym in town. They have a world class boxing gym with professional trainers that can help you succeeded when we meet them half way. There booty buster classes are great including the Zuu fitness classes are a winning classes for that whole body quick workout. There are no ego's in this gym. Just always beside you and never leaving you behind. They give nutrient meal plans and sell shakes and fitness vitamins to help assist your everyday goals. My best recommendations is to give it 4months go and talk to the trainers about what you need ! And if you don't see result's after 4 months no pressure... Do as you will.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great class, a real calorie burner. The instructor was knowledgeable and made good use of the available facilities and space. People were friendly and welcoming, I didn't see any egos on display. Unfortunately haven't been back due to work pressures, but would recommend it for those looking for a bit of a challenge.
