★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whilst I see many other great reviews which is great, we are only rating it at a 2!! We paid $111 for 3 of us we should of been able to complete it even if we ran out of time its a paid experience not like we are in actual real life escape room movie where you can due if you run out of time. Waste of money not being allowed to finish it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked these new escape rooms out over the weekend. Was awesome! Great adrenaline rush trying to solve all the puzzles in a race against the clock. Pretty flash design - you can tell they are top of the line. Like movie sets. Keen to go back and check out the steampunk one next weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really think it was a bit poorly run/ organised. There was no ongoing story or instruction etc after the initial audio. And a bunch of the things were broken/ damaged. when we had completed a couple of the activities nothing would happen until we radio'd for assistance. Cost me a lot of money and stressed everyone out without being fun.
The birthday boy regretted requesting the escape room.
I did enjoy the activity of dragging the magnet through the box.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a fantastic outing here with my family, the setup is very impressive. With four rooms to choose from it can cater for many differed age groups. We chose the chamber of magic and my two young boys loved it. I was most impressed by the fit out - it is exceptional, of the highest quality & the best Escape rooms I have seen in NZ and abroad. We will definitely be returning to try the other rooms!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. Unfriendly staff especially the woman who works in the escape room very rude. Puzzles seem all the same just finding numbers for locks. Not very exciting. Better escape rooms available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing experience at one of the escape rooms. We skipped entire sections of the room because there's actually no need to complete a lot of the puzzles in a certain order. We also received tools from completing some puzzles which were then not needed in any future section.
One puzzle had a sign explicitly telling you to not perform a certain action. We didn't solve this because you were supposed to do that action. It's not fun when the puzzle is just 'ignore the sign'.
Final puzzle was also broken, so we were unable to complete the room.
Staff were totally checked out, didn't want to explain anything to us and seemed really annoyed we were intruding on their time.
I love escape rooms, but this isn't the place to go
