β β β β β I highly recommend Fundamental Force Fitness. Excellent coaches, small group classes, exciting programming which can be scaled to all fitness levels and the added bouns I can bring my kids along. I went from never having done a burpee to not sighing when I see them up on the whiteboard BUT its not just about getting fit and strong, from the moment you walk in the door you are treated as part of the whanau which is what really makes Fundamental Force fitness special.

β β β β β Kia Ora I have been a member of Fundamental Force Fitness for over 2yrs. I have tried many gyms and have never felt so at home at FFF. The coaches make you feel welcomed the minute you walk through those doors (you are not just a number) The members, as well as the coaches encourage and support you, check in with you from time to time.
If you have just moved to Kerikeri, working in the area and looking for the next challenge life throws at us or just looking to meet new peep Nau mai haere mai whanau :-)

Plus the first time you go and trail a class it is free, not many other places around offer a try before u buy and i guarantee you will be going back for more!

They bring and awesome whΔnau vibe, Cole and Morz are so down to earth and just willing to help you on whatever fitness journey you are on!
