Once I plucked up the courage to go in I have been welcomed and supported so well I actually look forward to working out. This is the best, supportive, fun place to gain strength and fitness.

An added bonus is the chance to meet others and form friendships/coffee dates. Brilliant atmosphere and just perfect if you are new to Kerikeri.
