Great equipment, facilities, changing rooms and showers etc
Best thing is able to go at any time of the day when it's convenient to you opposed to within certain opening hours and no public hols closures etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I go to Kerikeri I train at Strength Works and I’ve got to say - I’m so grateful to Jade and Joseph for putting together such a unique and well put together gym. It gets to the point now where I get excited to holiday up north and can’t wait to get to Strength Works! Not only is the equipment awesome and well set up, but the gym is always spotless and the staff are awesome. THANK YOU guys!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Gym in Northland!! Only Gym in Northland that is 24hours, only Gym in Kerikeri that has consistent friendly, happy, supportive staff, and the array of professional equipment is a benefit for any Gym Goer who really wants to workout. I highly recommend.
