★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a pleasant place to spend half an hour with some cute, friendly cats. The kitten in the photo tried to sip my coffee! Nice staff and the coffee prices are the same as any coffee shop. I had to have my cat put down a few months ago - so this was a great experience to interact with cats again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was WAY too small to contain the amount of people in there and the amount of cats. There was little to no rules on how people should approach the cats. There was a very young kitten being harassed by children, It shouldn’t have been in there as it looked far too young to be introduced to the cats. it’s bad enough that it clearly didn’t want to be picked up but if it would go on to scratch the child out of defence then it might have turned ugly. Also the smell was horrible. They give you cat treats that contain mostly treats the cats don’t like. If you have a basic knowledge of how cats are then this is a no go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming here every week or so since they've been open and every time is better than the last! The cats are very friendly and playful :)
The kittens are always adorable!
Entrance fee into the cat cafe is free as long as you buy a drink or a snack, so it is very much worth it if you're a cat lover.
However, there was a group that came in one day with their kids who accidentally let a cat out of the cat cafe. Luckily the manager was able to catch the cat in time. What I saw was a very angry lady shouting at the poor manager of this pet store who was concerned about the cat escaping. The staff here are very careful and responsible with the cats. I believe the group in question left some very rude and undeserved one star reviews here. What was said in those bad reviews are blatantly false. (I was there.) The coffee is good and the food is decent considering they don't have a proper kitchen. This isn't a 5 star restaurant it's a cat cafe located in a small pet store lol.
If you're looking for a genuine review, the group that left review bombs are not the ones to look at. This place is absolutely kid friendly. From what I have seen, kids are better with cats than their parents are. Moreover the staff members are very sweet! Just make sure to watch your kids because it's very important to make sure they don't let any cats out of the shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite place in the world! This little cafe is a great place to go and relax with some really friendly cats! The drinks are so yummy as well (but be careful because the little kittens think they're tasty too and may try to get a lick of the cream)
The owners are very kind and I love having a chat with them whenever me and my partner visit. They always make us feel very welcome and they have clear love for these cats!
Highly recommend!! a hidden gem :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience! me and my daughter really enjoyed our time with the cats. And the kittens are just so playful.
The food and drink prices are reasonable as they don't charge an entry fee. We ordered a few things, and their drinks were amazing.
Overall loved my time with the cats. We will definitely be back!! Thank you so much for the great service x

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service! Due to Covid restrictions, we are unable to eat/drink food inside the cafe but not a big deal if you are surrounded with cute cats that are all friendly. The pet store got good selection of stuff. I was having a hard time looking for my cats favorite food lucky they got a stock for it. Let's support local business and give these cute cats cuddles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was such a lovely experience. The cats are very friendly and love cuddles. They go crazy for the snacks that you can buy at the front ?
The chai latte I had was lovely, and the carrot cake was awesome. The lady was very friendly and welcoming and we had a nice chat.
The only thing I would like different is maybe having a separate area where you can have your food/coffee separately, but still see the cats. As much as I adore them, I don't want them jumping up on my food, trying to steal bites.
The cats are quick, so be careful when going in and out of the cattery. Cats are known for speed and agility, and they will slip out in a second. Cheeky buggers ?
They are absolutely adorable, and very affectionate, and well cared for. Very spoiled kitties. It was a great experience ???
