★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked a particular style of grooming which they have done in the past. They agreed to do that. When I picked him up I was in shock and embarrassed for him. When I asked why they had not done what they agreed to do , he told me that he thought it would not be suitable and went ahead and did what he liked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always see the African Grey in your store alone and in the dark with a unclean cage and a diet of sunflower seeds. This is sad for a bird of such high intelligence. Maybe rehome the poor thing to someone who will give it the care it deserves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time using Ipet for grooming today and they were fantastic, open Saturday and Sunday which makes this shop/groomer so user friendly for those of us who work full time. Our dog will now be a regular client. Good luck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team did a great job grooming Harvey, our 2 year old Ragdoll. They trimmed his nails, gave him a bath and clean shave. He looked great and was a very happy kitty :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took our pup here once before and they did a good job. Took him back today and there were 2 young girls running the shop. I noticed straight off they didn't seem to know how to talk to a dog etc. I explained he is just 9 months old. 2 hours later I get a call saying our pup had bitten them. He is a placid, good natured retriever/poodle cross who just does not bite. I went to get him and he was clearly traumatised and they'd only managed to put shampoo on him. They then tried charging me $70. Five hours later my poor pup is still panting and stressed. I don't know what they did to him but they were clearly incompetent. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our cat Mack for a groom and we are very happy with how he looks and he seems very pleased with himself. The couple looking after him was so lovely and kind to him. Will definitely take him back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my 7 year old cat Bella for a groom and she came out looking fantastic with a new lease of life! She is known for not wanting to be touched but after seeing pictures of her getting washed she seemed to have a great time. I will certainly be taking my happy cat back to iPet
