★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark was absolutely amazing after the Death of my mother...Grief is such a personal experience...but Mark made everything so easy for us..he has a wonderful way with people .. my daughter said he has such a calming voice and if anything ever happened to her or her daughter i was to make sure that she was in Marks care.. I found that her being a young person who has never dealt with such grief and sadness . goes to show what a truly amazing experience we had with Mark .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I begin... This was undoubtedly the hardest time of my life losing my husband of 64 years. Yet, somehow Mark and the team made this incredibly difficult time so simple. The process was handled with care and the utmost respect. I truely felt supported the whole way through and pleased that my husbands wishes were followed to a T.

They were an amazing support to our family during the lockdown and arranged a beautiful service.
The team were professional, compassionate, and always there for any questions and help.
Mike and Mark also made us feel like family and guided us right through the process.
The Simplicity team made it easier to manage all the arrangements and have been in touch to check on the family after the service. An amazing business and would recommend their team every time.
