β β β β β I strongly recommend John Rhind Funeral Directors. Their service is impeccable and they act in a dignified and respectful manner at all times. They communicate constantly so you are always aware of what you need to do and they accommodated our many requests. They treated my late father as an individual and importantly demonstrated time and again that they understood how to communicate with a grieving family.

β β β β β My wife and I decided on John Rhind to handle my parents funerals. We found their service excellent. They arranged newspaper notices, helped design and print service sheets, recorded the service, and streamed the service for overseas friennds and relatives. My parents wanted their ashes put in a family plot in the UK, and John Rhind arranged shipment including all the export paperwork. They made the whole experience for us easy at a sad time.

β β β β β My mother's funeral was held here last year in the middle of the shooting lockdown, they were able to provide live streaming so family from around the country and around the world her able to watch the service. They kept us informed throughout and did their very best to make the service as good as it could be in those circumstances. I thoroughly recommend them.

β β β β β My Mom passed away last January 2021. Her last wish was to repatriate her body back to the Philippines where she was born and so her parents, family, relatives and friends would see her for the last time. Grant Mitchell, one of the funeral directors, though it's his first time for a repatriation, helped us very well from viewing, to communication with the embassy until my mom's flight back to Philippines. They were also open-minded and respectful when it comes to beliefs and customs we have. They were approachable and tried their best to compromise and consider our demands and decisions.

The subcontractors he organised were perfect, his communication was top notch and he made the whole process so smooth and stress free at a time when thatβs exactly what we needed. Would rate higher if I could.
