★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely close to the Manukau heads which makes it tempting. However it is a beach launch so look at the swell before launching your boat. Four wheel drive or a tractor would be preferable for the beach launch. Very limited parking and especially if you have a trailer. Realistically only good for the locals.
