Even though I reinsure why it Slightly cheaper than the original price.( they said customer returns nothing wrong with it ) NEXT THING I KNOW I BOUGHT ROTTED LETLOP FROM NOEL LEEMING. Computer window canβt not be Activate.
Why are you you selling at the first place? it not does the job of what it supposed to.
Wasting my time hope and Effort.

I asked about a product and the guy told me to go (to warehouse) next door! even though they [Noel Leaming] sell the same item.
Better to click and collect online then you don't have to deal with disinterested, unhelpful staff.

β β β β β If i could give no stars i would. My elderly mum brought a TCL television from this store a month ago. It started turning off by itself after a week. The staff referred her to a foreign callcentre for help. My poor mum has been dutifully calling this callcentre every few days for weeks, letting them take hours to run diagnostics and 'updates'. The tv is still faulty after weeks of this. Then today she tried to go into the store with it to get help and theyve told her it may take 8-10 weeks. Rotten service, rubbish product, dont go here.

β β β β β 2 days ago I was looking for a USBC display port for my Computer at work and I was approached by female service Anesh and I explained that I'm looking for a this..(showed a picture) and her answer was very blunt but she showed me their product, I wasn't sure myself because it was different to what my colleague told me, so I politely said I need to contact my colleague and she somehow mumble while walking away. At the end I took the product she showed me, next day my computer was up and running. The product was good but her service was very blunt, she may need a refresher training.
