★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a HydraPak Seeker. It arrived within a couple of days which was awesome. The lid was oddly stiff and it leaked when I first filled it. I emailed customer service and they came back to me within a couple of days and a few days later sent a replacement plus a courier bag to send back the faulty one. The lid is much freer to turn on the new one, so I'm really glad I contacted them. Very happy with the customer service. Will buy from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered couple of items and not heard any progress for next 5 days. Sent an email and response was they don't have one of my orders in stock. They asked me to exchange to other stock they may have(not certain either) or refund without apologies for misinforming or delay. Note their Web site still shows that they have stock. I got refunded but wasted my time and gotta go camp without things I needed this weekend.
Not happy at all and not recommended.

Using covid as an excuse for incompetence of ensuring stock levels and order fulfilment is in my opinion, poor taste. Chased multiple times for a tracking number on multiple forums.
Other reviews here, suggest this is possibly not just a ‘technical error’ in your system that you claim to be the reason for the delay..
15 days since order placed and still not received item for the purpose needed TOMORROW.
Totally avoid using this store unless you can afford to wait triple the time for it to be delivered. Dwight’s Outdoors on the other hand, FANTASTIC online service, shop there instead.
