I have a lot of great things to say but the main point is:
- Very detailed. If you want an encyclopedia for your building look no further
- Quick turnaround time. They were able make less than 24 hour notice and a fast report as well.
- Responsive and Value is pretty self explanatory

Besides from their super friendly faces and conversations, I have been so blown away by their quick responses, their willingness to complete an inspection on short notice and their final reports. Their inspections and reports are thorough, in detail and contain everything you need prior to purchasing a home. They saved us a massive expense as they identified some major issues in the one property we considered purchasing. They are honest and realistic about the condition of properties and that’s the best part. They are exceptionally trustworthy, punctual and efficient. They have done numerous pre purchase inspections for us and we will continue to use their services, as we search for our home!
