It allowed us to be proactive in finding the source of any potential leaks or moisture buildup. We have found MDC very professional, very approachable & the wealth of technical knowledge, simply the best. Would recommend them to any new or existing monolithic home owner. Thanks so much.

Very responsive - emailed me back in the evening, and could come to do the work within a few days after my initial query to them.
We have a challenge to solve to get a retrospective council consent for some building works - and needed timber testing done for that.
These guys have decades of experience, really know the timber treatment field PLUS know what Council needs. I cannot recommend them enough.

Allan was also very thorough and did a great job of explaining all the risk points and aspects to stay on top of for a plaster clad house.
