He took time to explain each finding and was available for discussion and questions after the inspection had been completed. Terry is extremely thorough professional and has exceptional positive communication. He also shared some good tips for attending an auction since it was our very first one. We will definitely call him again for the next property inspection.

We would highly recommend him. He confirmed that the house was in good order, and identified a few things we could do to make sure it stayed that way. Plus it was reasonably priced. We would definitely use his services again.

Terry managed to view the house and provide us with a verbal report within a few days, which gave us an excellent overview of all the things we needed to understand prior to bidding at the auction. Terry also put together a very detailed written report at our request post-auction which will be a very useful document as new owners of this house.
Terry is very detailed with his inspections, but he also balances this with his pragmatic approach to putting everything in context and highlighting any important areas of concern. Terry's professionalism, communication, knowledge and friendly nature all exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend him to anyone who is requiring a building inspection.
