Quick friendly service, they scan diagnosed my check engine light fast at a affordable price, then fixed/replaced my throttle body problem that Geddes (backyard mechanics) messed up. All in All really pleased with the service the team at Giltrap Penrose did, highly recommend taking any vehicle issues there.

My elderly parents serviced their vehicle here April 2021 and will never go back. They have a 2016 Holden Captiva (had vehicle since new) simple service and got told they needed alot of work done charging them over $3000 which they paid. They also advised them that 1 seat belt will need replacing soon as well and quoted them $100. 2 weeks later they decided to get the seatbelt sorted and left the vehicle for the day. My father went back after work to collect and was told to pay $700 which left him extremely frustrated and upset. After going back and forth they tried to get him to pay $500 he told them no and to put the old seatbelt in which they did very fast and put in a different one even worse off. This is a low act for a Company like this. I live in Australia and to hear my parents talk about all the stress they went through saddens me. I hope no one else's elderly parents gets taken advantage of and goes through this?

Had a service appointment at 11am. Had to drive from whitianga to Auckland for it. Got the service done and some parts fitted but didn't get a car wash or touch up paint done that I asked for. To get an appointment I kept trying the phone line for 2 weeks. To get the work done today I had to wait around from 11am to 4pm. Wasn't impressed. Hope the service picks up as I have a 5 year service regime ahead

Sent car for annual service. Service staff extremely helpful at Giltrap Service Centre at Penrose, Auckland. Raveen went extra mile to call me back after hours with regards to queries. Thanks also to Maher who checked my car the following day.

Very bad experience!!! My Holden car had 3 times free services. The staff told me that they will provide vacuum just simple clean inside of the car. But when I take the car, I found they did not do any clean inside of the car! I felt so dissapointed! The last time I did service in Newmarket Holden, in there they cleaned inside of the car. Why the Penrose Holden did a such bad service! The staff said if I need clean inside the car I need to pay $300. Why the website said that they provide free car wash and vacuum?? So angry!

Great place to get your genuine Holden parts. Big shout out to Shane from Parts who was super helpful and patient with advice as I was picking up my parts from the collection table. You made my day, mate! Keep it up and you'll have heaps of happy customers. :) Also to Brian who quickly processed my order - only thing was that it felt like I was annoying him with my query over the phone (not what a newbie Holden customer expects to hear) but 5 stars for his promptness with a quote and processing my parts order. Cheers everyone!
